You are invited to join us for a weekend of relaxation, conversation, and growth. 

Here are some details to help you decide whether this retreat is right for you.

There is no wifi or cell service at the property. There is a landline for emergencies.

Agenda
Our theme is REST!  Come explore and experience what deep rest means for you. 

There will be a general flow for the weekend. All activities are optional.

Activities will include:
facilitated conversation and reflection
massages
sauna/steam room
daily movement
ecstatic dance
forest bathing
sound healing
tarot readings
1:1 coaching
campfire (weather permitting)
plenty of free time for reading, napping, journaling, playing games, taking walks, and more! 

Meals
Paige Common will prepare gluten-free, dairy-free meals and snacks for us. You will not go hungry!  

Massage
Jana Crenshaw will be available for 60 or 90-minute massages. 

Yoga
Courtney Cronk will lead daily yoga.

Lodging
Liminalia might be remote and rustic, but it is clean and cozy! There are five cabins. 3 have one set of bunk beds, 1 has 2 sets of bunk beds and the other has 5 single beds. You can also stay in your own tent or camper. You will sign up for your cabin when you register. 

The cabins have heat and electricity but no water. There are several outhouses near the cabin, or you can walk a short distance to the main house OR if you prefer, just "nature potty. 

Fee
Three nights (Thursday-Sunday) $895 or 3 payments of $300

Upon registration, you'll receive a link to log in to Membervault to choose your cabin.
You can indicate whether you want to add a 60 min or 90 min massage (60 min $110, 90 min $155) and note any dietary requests.

Refund Policy
Should unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund (minus $100 processing fee) before October 20. After October 20, only 50% of your fee can be refunded.
